Nothing more that saying that everything was perfect
The hotel was  exactly like we had expected it was really wonderful.
The located of the hotel U  tri Capu was perfect and the room was really nice, the employes were available.
The breakfast was good, it's a pitty that it wasn't changeable it means we ate the same food during 5 days
The transfer was excelent and punctual, the driver arrived in a very clean car he asked excuses to us for the late arrival but he arrived 20 minutes early instead!
The gong- Prague's foriegn correspondent were really kind and serious people they were ready to resolve our request
What we can say about Prague? that everybody must to go once in a life

Che dire tutto perfetto.

L’albergo si è rivelato esattamente come nelle aspettative, semplicemente stupendo. L’albergo U tri capu, è risultato perfetto nella posizione, ottima la camera, personale discreto ma disponibile, peccato solo che su cinque giorni la colazione seppur ottima non sia mai variata.

Il transfer ottimo e puntuale, l’autista si è presentato con una macchina pulitissima, scusandosi del ritardo anche se in anticipo di almeno 20 minuti.

Gentilissime le corrispondenti della gong-prague affidabili e serie, pronte a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta.

Che dire di Praga che bisogna andarci almeno una volta nella vita.

Dear going-prague,

we just received your e-mail and of course, that we would like to comment on our trip to Europe. We have visited many cities during last three weeks, but Prague just touched our hearts. This city is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen.

It was our honeymoon and we are happy that we end it up in Prague because the accommodation so as the whole city was so romantic. Thank you very much for making our stay one to remember.

We will definitely return back next year, probably in March or so. Thank you again.

Hello Martina,

I’ve received your e-mail few minutes ago, but there was no need to send one, as I was about to write you, anyway.

My family would like to thank you for all you have done for us. Being family with three-year-old child, we have booked our august accommodation through (travel agency name deleted by our team, upon consultation with Mr.Milton) in march (!), so we thought, that if we booked in advance, there would be no problems with our accommodation at all. We have received confirmation and two months later we have even changed our booking, because my friend decided to come to Prague with us. Again, we have received confirmation very quickly.

Two days before our arrival, we have received short e-mail from (travel agency name deleted), that our apartment is no longer available and we will be moved to another hotel (we have booked apartment, not hotel). Two days before our arrival to Prague. I was furious and very disappointed, of course. Honestly? We have planned this trip to Prague for over the year, so you can imagine, how angry I was.

Linda (my wife) called your office that morning and you were absolutely lovely and understanding. When you called us one hour later with your options for us, we just could’t believe, how quickly you have responded. We took your advice and booked Karlova Apartments. I’m not going to lie to you, but I was little concerned about our holidays, due to our bad (worst) experience with (travel agency name deleted ), but WHAT A STAY!!! These apartments were more that we could ever ask for. Modern, clean and centrally located apartments with one of the friendliest landlady we have ever met. Please send my regards to her.

Our three days in Prague can be only described as BEST three days in this year. We love your city and we were more than juts impressed with your services during our stay. Thank you again for your help.

My brother-in-law will travel to Prague for New Year’s Eve (unfortunately, we will be not able to come with our daughter) and we have already passed him your contacts.

Hi going-prague!

Gosh, what a great trip to Prague this was. I just had to take time to write this comment here despite I usually don't do this.

Well, where should I start? First of all, I am a "last minute" person, always booking my lodgings the day before or the very day arriving to a place. Usually, it doesn't work out anyway, so I'm always sort of prepared to head to the first "info centre", as you call them around here, and beg for anything available. Not this time though.

After I sent my order on going-prague web for the next day single room at Hotel Express (really reasonable price if you ask me), I got a phone call in the evening from Martina, who just called to make sure what time I arrive the next day. I was shocked - never happened before in any city! Thanks, Martina, again!

One thing I'd like to mention here for everyone else - don't trust the taxi drivers in Prague. After I've used going-prague taxi to get to the hotel, I thought "wow, it's so cheap and great service", so on one of the nights out, when I was at a club father from the city centre I didn't think twice and went back to the hotel with a taxi - gosh, was I mistaken! The guy charged me 40 EUR and didn't flinch one bit! I was gobsmacked but paid nevertheless. Always ask how much the drive is in advance. You'll spare yourself some mean surprises. I wish going-prague had a 24hrs taxi service!

Anyway, I can say Prague is one of the best cities I've ever been to - and I travel a LOT, mind you. Great clubs, cheap drinks (if you don't go to those cheesy clubs in the Old Town). Great people and fun. Unspoiled by any desperate hotel search, which has totally put me down in the first few days in Paris for example! Thanks to Martina and going-prague!

hur mar du? We are back in Göteborg now full of memories from Prague. We did not know that this city has so much to offer to tourists. We were really surprised and will definitely recommend Prague to our friends. I think that many people especially here do not know what to expect from Prague what is a big shame! That is why I would recommend to enlarge your guide section. I think it would help visitors of your web site a lot ;-)ghts

And Lucy, one more think, I really appreciate that it was no problem to arrange an accommodation for my wife which is on wheelchair. We were afraid of it, I must confess, however, in hotel Beranek they were very helpful and have one special room for disabled. You see, this is quite a sensitive site - to be on a wheelchair - and if someone show you that this is not any handicap in fact, you feel really well - I saw it on Karin (my wife), she really enjoyed the stay...

One of destinations through our trip around Europe was Wonderfull Middle Age city Prague. When we came to Prague we were waiting for a driwer for a 20 minutes. But it was only one problem.
