No Booking Fees

Our service is completely free of charge - there are none hidden costs and we will not add to your accommodation or transfer service any other additional fee for our service.

Payment & Credit Card Guarantee

going-prague.com site is operated by the Going Prague Agency and as an agency provides tourist services on behalf of third parties.

We act as a agent for such services on behalf and for the account of third companies, the so called service providers. When making reservations through going-prague.com, you are entering into a contract with this service providers (accommodation or transfer provider), however all the changes or alternations with your orders is provided again by our agency going-prague.com

Unless otherwise stated in the rate description, your credit card details are used to guarantee your booking. No monies will be deducted from your account at the booking stage. You will pay the hotel in full when you check in to your hotel, and pay directly to our driver, if you have ordered transfer service, however please note  that some accommodation providers reserve the right to preauthorize a certain amount from your credit card to guarantee your reservation.

Exceptions are group reservations, long term stays or special dates of the year (New Year´s Eve, Easter etc.) when the booking and cancellation conditions can differ and any deposit could be required in advance.

Cancellation or Change of Booking - accommodation / transfer

Accommodation: Unless otherwise stated in the cancellation terms (you will find them on each hotel, pension, or apartment website presentation), you may cancel your accommodation booking for free up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Any cancellations received later than 72 hours prior to your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay. Failure to show for your reservation will also result in a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.

Transfer: you may cancel your accommodation booking for free up to 2 hours prior to arrival, failing to do so, might result in having to pay the cancellation fee - full cost of the transfer service.

Mentioned cancellation fees will be withdrawn from your credit card either by our agency or by the hotel or apartment itself. You will receive a written cancellation confirmation informing you about this.
