Apartments By St. Wenceslas are a 3 stars apartments in Prague centre, located on the Wenceslas Square in the building called Melantrich.

Apartments have been just renovated (autumn 2007) and are newly furnished. Sights, entertainment and shopping are all around you when staying in this part of town.

Every apartment at Apartments By St. Wenceslas consists from a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, DVD and CD player, radio, washing machine, hair dryer, dish washer, oven, coffee and tea making facilities, fridge, microwave, safe and ironing facilities. Towels and bed clothes are of course provided and changed according to the length of your stay. Baby cot can be provided upon request.

Apartment No. 60 - This apartment has in total 110 sqm and consists from a living room with sofa bed for 2 pax (25 sqm), 3 bedrooms (10 sqm, 35 sqm, 25 sqm, 2 x double bed, 5 x single bed), kitchen (10 sqm), 1 bathroom (bathtub and toilet) and 1 more separate toilet. The apartment is situated on the sixth floor on the right side when getting out of the elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 11 persons.

Apartment No. 61 - This apartment has in total 53 sqm and consists from a living room connected with a kitchen (20 sqm + sofa bed for 2 pax), 1 bedroom (25 sqm, 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), bathroom (bathtub, toilet). The apartment is situated on the sixth floor on the right side when getting out of the elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 5 persons.

Apartment No. 62 - This apartment has in total 60 sqm and consists from living room connected with a kitchen with sofa bed and double bed (35 sqm + sofa bed for 2 pax and 1 x double bed), 1 bedroom (20 sqm, 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed) and a bathroom (bathtub, toilet). The apartment is situated on the sixth floor on the right side when getting out of the elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 7 persons.

Apartment No. 66 - This apartment has in total 45 sqm and consists from a living room connected with a kitchen (20 sqm, sofa bed for 2 pax), 1 bedroom (25 sqm, 1 x double bed, 1x single bed) and 1 bathroom (shower bath and a toilet). The apartment is situated on the seventh floor on the left side when getting out of the elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 5 persons.

The apartment is situated on the seventh floor on the left side when getting out of the elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 5 persons.

Apartment No. 69 - This apartment has in total 60 sqm and consists from a living room connected with a kitchen (20 sqm, sofa bed for 2 pax), 1 bedroom (15 sqm, 1 x double bed) and 1 bathroom (bathtub, toilet). The apartment is situated on the sixth floor on the right side when getting out of the elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 4 persons.

Apartment No. 70 - This apartment has in total 80 sqm and consists from a living room connected with a kitchen (20 sqm, sofa bed for 2 pax), 1 bedroom (15 sqm, 1 x double bed) and 1 bathroom (bathtub, toilet). The apartment is situated on the sixth floor on the right side when getting out of the elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 4 persons

Parking is possible for an extra fee, however, need to be booked in advance as well. Children under 12 years travelling with parents are for free. Housekeeping is being done every 4th day, however, if you wish the staff to clean more often it is again possible to arrange it for extra fee. Baby cot can be provided for free upon request.

Breakfast: is not included in price but you can prepare your meals in in fully equipped kitchen, or it can be arranged for extra fee (see extras in price list ) in café Fuzion which is a few steps from the apartment. You can choose from 6 menus - each of them consists i. a. from croissant, coffee, fresh juice, tea or any other drink according to your wish. 

Indiviual clients: cancellation 3 or more days before confirmed arrival date is for free, otherwise amount of the 1st night will be withdrawn from provided credit card.
