There are three luxurious apartments at Melantrich Apartments, located on the same floor. Two Studio Apartments: 708 (40m2) 709 (35m2),  plus one Premium Apartment 705 (70m2).

All of the Melantich Apartments with a view of  Wenceslas Square are equipped with modern luxury furniture and accessories:

TV, satellite, CD, DVD cinema system, high speed Internet connection, telephone,washing  machine,fully equipped  kitchen  with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cooker and all of the necessary cooking utensils.


Breakfast: not included. You will be able to prepare your meals in fully equipped kitchen.

Individual clients: cancellation 3 or more days before confirmed arrival date is for free, otherwise amount of the 1st night will be withdrawn from provided credit card.
