3 Studios - suitable for up to 3 persons. There is only one room with both sleeping and sitting area and a kitchen or a kitchenette in this apartment. Private bathroom with a toilet. Approximate size of this apartment is 30 sqm.

4 Apartments – suitable for up to 4 persons. This type of apartment consists from one bedroom and one living room, kitchen or kitchenette and one bathroom with a toilet. Approximate size of this apartment is 50 sqm. Some of these apartments have a balcony or a terrace.

7 Junior Apartments – suitable for up to 5 persons. It consists from one bedroom, one living room which can serve also as a bedroom if more guests, kitchen or kitchenette and one bathroom with a toilet. Approximate size of this apartment is 50 sqm.

4 Executive Apartments - suitable for up to 10 person. Executive suite consists from three bedrooms and separate living room, kitchen or kitchenette and two bathrooms with a toilet. Approximate size of this apartment is 105 sqm.

Standard equipment of each apartment  Wenceslas Square 38 is SAT TV, hair-dryer, fridge and a fully equipped kitchen. Baby cot can be arranged upon request.

Breakfast: not included but can be arranged for 5 EUR/person/day in a café near by.
