Apartments Vodickova 40 are situated only a few steps ( about 20m away)  from the famous Wenceslas Square right on its corner with Vodickova street. They are placed next door to the Vodickova Apartments No. 38 where is also a reception desk for both of there aparthouses.

All the apartments Vodickova 40 are fully equipped incl. towels, bedding and cooking facilities in the kitchen or a kitchenette. At each apartment : SAT TV, radio CD, high - speed internet (wi-fi), hair-dryer, coffee maker, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, stove, fridge, iron and an ironing board, safe and air-conditioning. Parking (at most 5 parking places).

In the apartment building Vodickova 40, there are 5 apartments in total: 2 Royal suites (apartment No. 57 and 58), 1 Executive suite (apartment No. 63), 1 Imperial suite (apartment No. 56) and 1 Penthouse suite (apartment No. 59).

Apartment No. 56 (Imperial) - This apartment has 90 sqm total. It consists from 1 bedroom (20 sqm, 1 x double bed, 2 x single bed), 1 living room with a sofa bed + kitchenette (55 sqm) and a bathroom (shower, bathtub and a toilet). The apartment is situated on the fifth floor on the left side when getting out of an elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 6 persons.

Apartment No. 57 and 58 (Royal) - This apartment has 60 sqm total. It consists from 1 bedroom (10 sqm, 1 x double bed), 1 living room with a sofa bed + kitchenette (35 sqm) and a bathroom (shower and a toilet). The apartment is on the fifth floor on the right side when getting out of an elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 4 persons.

Apartment No. 59 (Penthouse) - This apartment has 170 sqm total. It consists from 3 bedrooms (20 sqm, 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed / 20 sqm 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed / 15 sqm, 1 x double bed), 2 living rooms (45 sqm and one has a kitchenette and a sofa bed), 1 bathroom (shower and a toilet) and one more separate toilet. This apartment has got also a terrace (14 sqm) and home cinema 5.1 dolby prologic. The apartment is on the fifth floor on the right side when getting out of an elevator. Maximum capacity of this apartment is 9 persons.

Breakfast : is not included, but can be arranged for extra fee (150 CZK) in café Fuzion which is a few steps from the apartment in the same street. You can choose from 6 menues - each of them consists  from croissant, coffee, fresh juice, tea or any other drink according to your wish.
